Vitaly, our project manager, and his installation crew Said and Eugene were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have a 20 year old home that needed all windows replaced. They did an incredible and clean job. Makes the house look much richer and updated. Communication with them was easy and they were responsive immediately to questions. Excellent customer service. My experience with Total Home Windows and Doors was amazing, from the initial on-site estimate all the way through to the installation.Shortly after I initially contacted Total Home, I received a very informative email from Vitaly which provided me with a rough sight-unseen estimate and a list of 4 installations close to me.Vitaly came on-sight to perform a more detailed estimate, and he provided so much detail that I immediately felt confidence in what he was telling me. On installation day, Andrii and his team were top-notch. They arrived within the time block as promised, they were all very courteous and professional. After a long search of obtaining quotes from multiple companies we settled on the quote provided by Eugene as he was the only one who took the time to explain design choices as well as detailed information on the current Government of Canada energy rebate program. We had all 12 of our windows replaced brick to brick with wood trim. The team was amazing and worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the install. Eugene was thorough and very professional when going through the options. He discussed the pros and the cons of each option and did not pressure me or harass but was friendly and service minded and I felt he had my best interest at heart. Everything was documented and agreed up front. Likewise the installation team was outstanding, on time friendly, courteous and professional. They cleaned everything up and did everything they committed to doing. They did a great Job and other than the new windows, there was no indication they had been there! I highly recommend them.
