Your patio door is one of the largest features in any room, so it shapes the look of the whole interior. We finish vinyl frames in white, black, sandstone and several wood-look laminates. Hardware comes in satin nickel, brushed black or matte white. Built-in mini blinds sit between the glass, so there are no cords to dust and no fabric for pets to chew.
A slim vinyl profile keeps sight lines clean and gives high visibility from inside the house, even on cloudy days. Tinted glass holds privacy on side yards without blocking light. The result is a perfect patio door that fits modern, classic and country interior design.
A patio door is a common entry point during a break-in, so we treat security as a core feature, not an upgrade. Every door ships with a multi-point lock and a foot-bolt that drops into the track. Tempered glass on the lower panel cuts injury risk if the glass breaks. Steel reinforcement inside the vinyl frame stops the unit from flexing under impact.

Our vinyl is virgin uPVC sourced from Vision Extrusions, run through Pro-Line vinyl machinery in our 60,000 sq ft Toronto plant. The sealed units use Cardinal Glass with Super Spacer® warm-edge spacers. Locks come from Roto. The high quality materials and a fully automated manufacturing process let us exceed industry standards on tolerance, square and seal pressure.
We make about 17,000 windows and doors a year, which keeps lead times short and pricing fair. The whole process, from quote to install, runs 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders ship in 1 to 2 weeks for smaller projects.

Fantastic! These installers were unbelievably fast and efficient. I was expecting to need to do touch-ups on the trim etc afterwards, but they left everything looking pristine. I literally just had to re-hang curtains and that was it. Eugene walked me through a potentially confusing rebate process, and kept in touch even when he was on vacation (sorry about that Eugene!). Fourth wonderful experience with Total Home Windows and Doors! This time we had a custom sized patio door installed and we are thrilled. Our sunroom screen door (old and shabby) wasn’t closing properly. And Eugene (our amazing sales rep) suggested replacing it with a sliding door. The process started with a meeting at our house with Eugene, who was very friendly, very helpful, and eager to earn our business. Vitaly and team replaced all of our windows and doors, including install of a new bay window and sliding patio door. The entire experience from showroom selection, support on specifics for door with sidelights, application for greener home credits, and install, detailing, and cleanup were a great, professional experience! The new windows and doors are a huge step up over our previous builder windows, and the three panes (although a bit pricier, though marginally so with the credit) offer amazing sound barriers and have had a noticeably positive impact to heating and cooling bills. Just a smooth transaction from start to finish. But what really stood out, was the level of quality and professionalism from the Installers. These guys worked so well as a team and it was a pleasure having them in my home. The install was quick and efficient with no hiccups. They were very detailed and there was almost zero dust or mess when they were done which was a huge surprise with how much work is actually needed for install. And most of all, they were very polite, had a great attitude, and I hope they let me know when they are in the area so I can make them espresso(s) haha

The house had old wooden frame windows and after almost 35 yrs they needed replacing because of drafts. Vitaly was wonderful... didn't just tell me about his products but also had the value add of telling me about rebates and loan programs, told me about pros and con of window changes I was considering. <br> <br>Nazar's installation team was great. It's a big job and keeping the mess to a minimal was hard. He really paid attention to the details (like I would). They were always on-time and worked hard through out the day.

Just had 11 windows and two doors replaced by Total Home Windows and Doors. I requested a consult in February and met with Vitaly, who was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Communication was easy and we were able to tour the factory to select a door. Vitaly went over the various options and answered all of our many questions professionally. Once we signed the contract, it took about 5-6 weeks until installation. The installers arrived promptly on the set date and took care to protect our floors and ensure our furniture was out of harms way. Eugene, Said and the rest of the installation team were respectful and efficient. The job was finished in two days and the team thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The windows are great quality and I can already feel a difference in my home. After requesting several quotes from various contractors to retrofit my parent's home with new windows and doors including insulation top-up and sill replacement, Total Home, was selected based on my interactions with Mike B. He was friendly and professional who provided me with a detailed and reasonable quote for the project that was within my parent’s budget. He was in constant contact with me throughout the job. The Total Home team were amazing with installation of the insulation, window sill, windows and doors and went above and beyond expectations in many cases . As an example, the insulation technician (Farook) noticed that the bathroom fan vents were not properly vented through the roof and corrected the issue for me. I recently had replaced my patio door. I'm very glad that I went with them. The work was done even earlier than expected, the installers were amazing, did the whole job within 2.5 hours, cleaned everything and there was attention to details.
