TotalSeal™ UltraSlim windows are designed to reduce visible frame bulk and create a cleaner, more modern look. At the same time, the structure behind the slim profile is reinforced to maintain strength, sealing, and long-term performance.
The visible frame is reduced to just 2 7/8”, creating a noticeably slimmer profile. Unlike traditional vinyl windows, the sealing gasket is hidden inside the frame, so there’s no visible rubber line — just clean, uninterrupted edges and more glass.
A thinner frame doesn’t mean a weaker window. UltraSlim is built with a deeper 4 9/16” structure and reinforced CornerLock corners that help the frame keep its shape over time. This reduces the risk of shifting, sagging, or losing alignment.
You still get everything that makes vinyl windows reliable. Low-E glass with argon gas helps reduce heat loss, while warm-edge spacers improve insulation and reduce condensation. The slim design does not remove the performance features — it’s built around them.
The combination of hidden gasket design and reinforced frame construction helps maintain a consistent seal. This means fewer drafts, better temperature control, and more predictable performance year after year.

Safety and security can be enhanced with tempered or laminated glass upgrades. Tempered glass is designed to break into small, blunt pieces, reducing the risk of injury if the glass is damaged. Laminated glass remains in place even when cracked, providing additional protection against impact and forced entry.
